Calendar and Appointments

The weekly calendar is the heart of the business: all practitioners' sessions sit side by side in time slots from 07:00 to 21:00. Admins focus on one calendar with the practitioner filter; practitioners work in their own. The dashboard shows the next ten appointments and the monthly split at a glance.

Location in the panel: /callender

Key capabilities

Weekly view and practitioner filter

Time slots across Monday–Sunday columns; jump back with Today, move to the previous or next week. Admins see all practitioners or just one; a practitioner account opens another practitioner's calendar read-only.

Click a cell, add a session

Clicking an empty slot opens the new session form: client, practitioner, therapy type, date and time. Edit and delete from the session card; date changes are blocked for appointments within the last 24 hours.

Everything on the session card

The card shows client name, time range, practitioner and therapy type; an 'Awaiting Payment' badge appears when the package is unpaid. Details and editing open from the same card.

Send a notification, convert to recurring

Send the client a notification for the selected appointment; turn a one-off session into a recurring series with the chosen package.

Upcoming appointments list

A server-paginated list with session number, client, practitioner, date/time and status; filter by session number, client and practitioner name.

Dashboard summary

The dashboard shows the next ten appointments, the monthly appointment split by therapy type (pie chart) and pending booking requests. A practitioner account sees only its own upcoming appointments.

Screens from the app

These are real application screens; every person, appointment and contact detail shown is synthetic sample data and contains no customer data. The application UI is Turkish. Screen capture date: .
