Online Booking Requests

A visitor fills in the Request an Appointment form on your customer site: full name, email, phone, appointment type and consent. The request lands in the panel's Booking Requests list immediately and the unread counter rises in the top bar and the menu. Your team reviews it and turns it into a client record and session plan from one screen.

Location in the panel: /pre-appointments

Key capabilities

From site to panel in seconds

Submitting the form creates a pre-appointment record; a 'We received your request' email goes out automatically. Unread / read / converted-to-client states show in color in the list.

Unread counter

The number of pending requests shows on the clock icon in the top bar and the badge in the side menu; the counter refreshes every 50 seconds and drops when a request is read.

Convert to client on one screen

In the processing dialog you pick the practitioner, therapy type and session package; the system creates the client record, generates a password and sends the welcome email.

Single session or recurring plan

One session, or a weekly or monthly schedule; start day, time and session length (45 minutes by default). Dates are generated from the chosen package and written to the calendar.

Let the client pick the dates

Optionally leave date selection to the client: they sign in on the site, see the practitioner's busy slots on My Appointments, pick suitable days, and the sessions land in the calendar on confirmation.

Payment status and notes

The 'Payment received' switch records the package's payment status; call notes are kept in the description field. You can also just leave a note and keep the request pending.

Screens from the app

These are real application screens; every person, appointment and contact detail shown is synthetic sample data and contains no customer data. The application UI is Turkish. Screen capture date: .
