Add-onManage your warehouse down to the bin level: goods are put away, picked, packed and loaded with a handheld terminal or barcode scanner. Commercial stock is posted automatically against the waybill when WMS closes — warehouse operations and your stock/accounting records never drift apart. Sold per organization, independent of user count.
The warehouse is addressed as aisle + block + bin; the address is composed automatically (e.g. A-03-05) and becomes the default bin barcode. Handhelds work by scanning it; the product field accepts both product barcode and product code, the bin field accepts both bin barcode and location address.
Waybill-based receiving: scan the product barcode and press Enter. Batch/lot, serial number and expiry date are supported — batch is mandatory for lot-tracked products, serial for serial-tracked ones. Shortages, overages and damage are recorded; accepted goods are put away by scanning the bin barcode.
Goods issue follows a strict sequence: scan the bin first, then the product; a wrong bin, wrong product or a scan exceeding the task quantity stops the operation immediately. Parcels and shipment barcodes are generated for picked goods; final check and parcel loading close the shipment.
Stock is created or deducted against the waybill when WMS closes; the order remains the commercial document and the invoicing flow is untouched. No separate reconciliation between the warehouse and your books.
Accepted quantity, average receipt time, shortage / overage / damage rates, pick accuracy, scan error rate and fill rate on one screen — with a per-operator scan and error summary below. You see where the warehouse slows down, with data.
