Module Detail
Warehouse, product, and movement — the central inventory module for operational accuracy. Product cards typed as raw material / semi-finished / finished / merchandise / service, multi-warehouse with shelf trees; a count-and-adjustment workflow automatically resolves the gap between physical and book quantity with a loss voucher.
Catalog cards typed as raw material, semi-finished, finished, merchandise, or service; barcode, unit, and VAT definitions; serial-no or shelf tracking (traceability) can be enabled optionally. Service cards don't affect inventory (e.g. consulting fees).
Physical warehouses (raw materials, finished goods, quarantine/damaged) and virtual warehouses (subcontractor) are defined. Each warehouse has its own shelf/location tree; warehouse-level ACL prevents unauthorized movements.
Inter-warehouse transfers, consumption issues, dispatch to production and return from production; every movement automatically decreases the source warehouse and increases the target. Period Lock prevents retroactive entries to closed months.
Physical count (Stock Count) via handheld terminal or manual entry; the system automatically converts the variance with the theoretical quantity into a loss/shrinkage voucher. Large variances escalate to General Manager approval.
Track the whole chain from raw material intake to sale by lot number or individual serial number. Speeds up root-cause investigation on customer returns and quality issues by showing which lots were sold where.
