From recipes to work orders, from operator terminal to cost pool — the factory/shop floor operation in one module. Production triggered by sales order or stock plan flows into a work order that reserves raw materials; field records combine with cost allocation to produce a unit cost per finished good.
The formula of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and labor needed to produce a finished good (e.g. A = 1 unit B + 2.5 kg C + 1 hour labor); revision management (v1.0 → v1.1) and live cost simulation with current raw material prices. Production orders can't open until the recipe is Active.
Production orders triggered by sales order (MTO) or stock plan (MTS); raw materials reserved from the warehouse, task appears on the operator terminal. Pause/cancel releases reserved stock; completion posts the finished good to the warehouse.
Start / Break / Finish entries from a PC or tablet on the floor, plus scrap reporting and barcode printing. Touch-friendly large-button UI; shift-based check-in writes actual duration and produced quantity automatically back to the work order.
General production overhead (electricity, rent, labor) distributed to finished goods via allocation keys (hours, quantity, equal split). End-of-month Run Costing finalizes the unit cost; results feed the P&L statement.
