Session Packages and Payment

You define your services as therapy types and attach packages with a session count and price to each. A package is chosen while processing a booking request, and payment status is tracked with the appointment. Clients can settle a pending package from their site account with a 3D Secure card payment.

Location in the panel: /session-management

Key capabilities

Therapy types, in two languages

Therapy types with Turkish and English names and an active/inactive state. Inactive types are hidden from new bookings; existing appointments are unaffected. Each type's package and appointment counts show in the list.

Session packages

Package name, session count and price in ₺; a list filtered by type. A package used in an appointment or payment record cannot be deleted, which keeps historical records consistent.

Package selection on booking requests

Therapy type and package are chosen while processing a request; single-session packages skip the schedule step, multi-session packages generate a weekly or monthly plan.

Payment status tracking

The 'Payment received' switch and the 'Awaiting Payment' badge in the calendar; a split-by-therapy-type chart on the dashboard.

Clients pay on the site

A client with a pending payment sees the package name and amount after signing in; they pay with their card through a 3D Secure virtual POS and the result is recorded in the panel.

Secure server-side integration

Virtual POS keys are kept only on the API server; no key reaches the browser. Test and live environments are separated by configuration.

Screens from the app

These are real application screens; every person, appointment and contact detail shown is synthetic sample data and contains no customer data. The application UI is Turkish. Screen capture date: .
