Add-onTime and attendance in one place: biometric readers, turnstiles and card-access devices connect to the system, while field staff clock in from their phones with GPS verification. Punches are watched on a live dashboard, shifts are planned, and at month end the attendance matrix is approved and transferred to Payroll. An add-on packaged by employee count.
Register a biometric reader, turnstile or card-access device by its serial number; the device reports punches to the system on its own. Records from unregistered devices are rejected for security. A built-in test tool creates a sample punch so you can verify the setup instantly.
Field staff start and end their workday from the GPS Punch button on the My Day board, with location verification. Where each punch happened is recorded: proximity to a workplace or the employee's registered address is written automatically, a distance warning appears when too far away, and every punch can be viewed on a map.
Present / absent / late counters, device online status and the real-time punch stream on one board. All of the day's punches can be shown on a single map — check-ins green, check-outs red.
Start/end times, break duration and tolerances for arriving early, arriving late and leaving early are defined per shift; on night shifts, a check-out after midnight is attached to the correct day. The planner assigns shifts to staff in bulk or one by one.
The matrix shows employees × days at a glance: worked, late, absent, on leave, public holiday, half day. Approve & Transfer locks the period and sends it to the Payroll module; a locked period cannot be changed.
Biometric data such as fingerprints or face templates never reaches Kaptan Köşkü; it stays on the device's own hardware. The system stores only the device's anonymous user number and the punch time.
